Arsonist targets real estate office, bar owner puts out the flames

The door of a property dealer's office in Tower Road,Sliema were set on fire by an arsonist last night. The blaze was reported at 2 am by the owner of a  nearby bar, a 31-year-old who lives in Qrendi. He spotted a burning tyre against the door and used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames. He then pushed the tyre onto the pavement to avoid further damage. Further investigations are underway.
