An autopsy on prisoner Josette Bickle, 43, who died suddenly yesterday, has found that she suffered a pulmonary embolism but toxicology tests need to be held to establish whether she had injected dangerous substances. Bickle, jailed in December for 12 years for having trafficked drugs during a previous prison term, died in hospital after complaining of severe shortage of breath. She was known as the Queen of the Prison after some inmates claimed during her trial that she had free rein.
