Two injured in Paola crash

The drivers of two vehicles were injured in a crash at Sta Lucija Avenue, close to the Addolorata Cemetery this morning. The incident  took place at about 6.20 a.m. and involved a Mitsubishi Pajero driven by a 21-year-old man from Marsascala and a Honda Accord driven by a 23-year-old from Sta Lucija. Following the crash, the Pajero also crashed into a tree and a wall. Both drivers were hospitalised.
