Ian Rush in Malta as wife threatens divorce

Former Liverpool legend Ian Rush has been threatened with divorce after his wife discovered he has been having an affair. Rush, 51, was last week spotting flying off to Malta with 30-year-old Carol Anthony, whom he had been seeing secretly for three years, The Sun newspaper reported. Ian and his wife had been married for 26 years. She became suspicious of his affair in September after reading an SMS on his mobile phone.
