OLAF’S case against John Dalli hinges on phone calls

The “unambiguous circumstantial evidence” against John Dalli made in the report by OLAF, the EU anti-fraud agency, hinges on phone calls that coincide with key dates in the case. It also hinges on the testimony of lawyer Gayle Kimberly who, the report says, should face charges over the case.
