Pierre Portelli will not be candidate for PN post

Journalist and producer Pierre Portelli said this morning he will not be a candidate for the post of Nationalist Party general secretary. Mr Portelli, a former member of the party executive, had been touted as a possible contender. In a Facebook post he said he had been encouraged to stand, but after reflection and after having consulted his family, he had decided that his best place was in the media and not a political structure.
