Man accused of rape, remanded in custody

Saed Saleban Shide, a 34-year-old Somali resident in Gozo, was remanded in custody today after having been accused of rape. He was also accused of holding a person against her will. The alleged incident took place last night in Marsalforn. Police Inspectors Frank Anthony Tabone and Bernard Charles Spiteri prosecuted.
