Police catch choker thief

A man who earlier today snatched a gold choker from an elderly woman and ran off has been caught by Mobile Squad police. The man, who is allegedly just out of prison, committed the theft in Triq San Tumas, Luqa, at 12.45pm. A report was lodged with the police, who caught the man in Triq il-Karmnu some time later.
