Open Theatre gets its soft opening

The Open Theatre on the ruins of the old Opera House in Valletta got its soft opening this morning when a Christmas entertainment programme was launched. The programme, presented by the Infrastructure Ministry, continues up to Christmas. This is the second stage of the Piano project for Valletta to be inaugurated, the first having been de Valette Square. Separately, the new Barrakka lift will also be inaugurated this evening.
