Driver dies two months after crash

A trailer-truck driver who was grievously injured in a crash in August passed away last week, it was reported today. The 43-year-old man from San Gwann was trapped in the wreckage of his cabin when the vehicle overturned after hitting a barrier in a turn on Garbaldi Street, Marsa. He was pulled out by Civil Protection personnel. The container the trailer-truck was pulling got unhooked and crashed into a low wall.
