Man jailed for driving without licence, insurance

A young man caught driving a Mercedes without a licence and insurance at 1.30am has been jailed two months after a magistrate noted that he had no fear of the law. Magistrate Francesco Depasquale heard how Matthew Zarb, 26, from Birkirkara, was caught driving a Mercedes with number plates pertaining to a BMW and using a licence pertaining to a Peugeot. He was also found guilty of relapsing.
