A policeman from the Rapid Intervention Unit rescued a baby trapped in a locked car this afternoon.
The incident happened in Old Mill Street, Qormi when the baby's mother reported she had mistakenly locked her car with the keys, and the baby, inside.
The policeman used a specialist tool to shatter one of the car windows without causing further damage.
