Man injured in Birzebbuga crash succumbs to injuries

The 59-year-old man who was grievously injured in a traffic accident in Zejtun Road, Birzebbuga on Friday passed away yesterday, the police said. The accident happened when the man was driving an Opel Corsa which was involved in collision with a Land Rover, driven by a 20-year-old man. A 22-year-old woman who was passenger in the Land Rover, suffered slight injuries.
