Gozitan in critical condition after accident

A 55-year-old man from Xewkija is in a critical condition following a traffic accident in his home town. The police said the accident happened yesterday afternoon when an Isuzu KB that was being driven by a 32-year-old man from Kercem crashed into the Triumph Bonneville T100 that the victim was riding in Mgarr Road. The bike then crashed into a wall. A 27-year-old man was passenger in the Isuzu. The victim was taken to Gozo General Hospital and later airlifted to Mater Dei.
