Man admits stealing 11-year-old girl's handbag

A man who stole an 11-year-old girl’s handbag from McDonalds in Valletta has been remanded in custody pending sentencing. Ray Scicluna, 54, was identified and arrested after the police examined CCTV footage a few minutes after the girl, a foreigner, reported the theft.
