Italian man suffers head injuries in argument

An Italian suffered head wounds during an argument in an entertainment establishment early this morning, the police reported. The incident happened in  Triq it-Trunċiera, St Paul’s Bay, at 12.30 a.m. Preliminary investigations found that the man, 25, was with a friend, 23, who both live in Torino, Italy. The victim was allegedly struck by a bottle. He was hospitalised. Further investigations are under way by the district police.
