SUV crashes into field

A young man from Naxxar was injured last night when his Isuzu Trooper crashed into a field in Xemxija after leaving the road which leads to Ghajn Tuffieha. The incident happened at about 12.30 a.m. The vehicle crashed through a low perimeter wall, overturned and landed on its roof in a field a few metres below.  Rescuers cut off the roof to free the motorist.
