Man jailed for driving without licence and insurance

A 21-year-old man from Hamrun has been jailed two years for driving without a licence and insurance. Josef Borg was caught driving without a licence and insurance in Marsa in February and in Dingli in April.  He was also found guilty of driving dangerously and relapsing. Magistrate Francesco Depasquale also banned Mr Borg from driving for two years. The ban comes into effect once Mr Borg is out of jail.
