Driver caught speeding... four times

The police over the past year handled four reports of speeding on the St Paul’s Bay Bypass. In all four cases – in January, February, April and May – the perpetrator was the same person. The information was given in parliament by Home Affairs Minister Emanuel Mallia, replying to a question by Censu Galea (PN). No details were requested – or given – about any disciplinary steps taken.
