Car catches fire - twice

A BMW parked in Triq Margaret A. Murray, Naxxar caught fire twice last night, first at 7.30pm, then at 12.30am, the police said. They said in a statement that the first fire was put out by a passer-by and the second fire, in which the car was extensively damaged, by the members of the Civil Protection Department. An inquiry is being held.
