Updated: Three injured in roof collapse

Three workers were injured at around 11am when a roof collapsed at a residence in Triq il-Hnejja, Sliema. The police said the workers were all men aged 27, 29 and 32, from Qormi, Zurrieq and Zebbug, respectively. The 29-year-old suffered serious injuries, the others slight. Workers were carrying out works at the residence at the time of the incident. The workers had been there since early this morning.
