Austin Gatt joins the Hili Company

Former Infrastructure and Transport Minister Austin Gatt has been appointed chairman of Hili Company Ltd, a diversified company specialising in shipping and logistics. It is a subsidiary of the Hili Group, chaired by Marin Hili. Dr Gatt, 59, has retired from politics. Hili Company describes itself as an internationally-based group focused on maritime- based logistics handling, within a wider portfolio, including as a developmental licensee of McDonald’s corporation, property development and engineering.
