Women admit advertising for prostitution

Four women this morning pleaded guilty to advertising themselves for purposes of prostitution in Malta. The four were accused of having advertised for prostitution on a website. Annette Gibbs,60, and Nicola Allen, 50, both Britons were arrested in an apartment in Ross Street, Paceville, while Gwen Delien Blanken, 39, from Curacao and Carmel Smyth, 34, from Ireland, were arrested in Portomaso. The four were conditionally discharged for two years. They were due to leave Malta this morning.
