Fire destroys two vehicles

Two vehicles were destroyed by fire last night, the police said. The incident happened at Dun Alwig Psaila Street in Qormi at about 2.30 a.m. The police were alerted that a Pajero SUV was on fire. The flames later also spread to a VW Golf which was parked in front of it. Extensive damage was caused to the two vehicles. Firemen from the Civil Protection Department were on the scene.
