Boy evacuated from Mġarr ix-Xini

A 16-year-old boy was on Sunday afternoon evacuated from Mġarr ix-Xini by an Armed Forces helicopter and taken to Gozo General Hospital. The Armed Forces of Malta said in a statement that the boy, a Briton, was winched by helicopter and later transferred to hospital by ambulance. It did not say if and how the boy was injured or for what he needed assistance.
