Labour movement keeps growing every day - Joseph Muscat

Labour’s political movement was growing on a daily basis, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said on Sunday. Addressing supporters in San Ġwann, Dr Muscat said the movement would continue to grow, as it was the only one that expressed pride and love for Malta, no matter what. A survey published by Sunday newspaper It-Torċa shows Dr Muscat enjoys a 25 per cent trust advantage over Opposition leader Adrian Delia. The same survey found that 46.6 per cent of respondents would vote Labour, while 28.9 per cent would vote for the PN. Dr Muscat said the Labour movement would continue to welcome people with open arms. While not being perfect, he said the government had shown it was capable of learning from its mistakes, and always worked towards the national interest. He slammed the Opposition’s “incoherence” and lack of ideas. Medical cannabis Dr Muscat said it was still unclear if the PN was in favour of the introduction of medical cannabis. He said Dr Delia has gone from claiming the government wanted to introduce “drug factories” to being in agreement with medical cannabis.
