Minister visits Cospicua works

Infrastructure Minister Joe Mizzi this evening visited rehabilitation works at Cospicua’s Dock 1 area which are continuing in full swing. A wall has been put up separating the area from the road paving works in front of the band club in Cospicua so as not to hinder the Easter week celebrations. The debris has been cleared creating temporary parking spaces along the seafront in the Dock 1 area. Mr Mizzi, who was visiting the site this evening, said the project has been divided into three phases with the first phase scheduled for completion at the end of September. The second phase, that surrounding the Dock, should be completed in May next year to be followed by work on the Senglea side.
