Dolphin seen in Grand Harbour

A dolphin was seen at the entrance of Grand Harbour this afternoon. A caller said he saw it near Bighi Bay while a man fishing near the breakwater below Fort St Elmo said he saw the mammal near the opposite lighthouse heading out of the harbour at about 4 p.m.
