Diver missing since Friday evening

The AFM and the police are searching for a diver who has been missing since Friday evening. The diver is Emanuel Sammut, 43 from Birkirkara.  His car was found parked in Dwejra in Gozo with decaying fish inside. The AFM has deployed a patrol boat, a helicopter and divers to assist in the search. Also taking part in the search are a number of volunteer divers and divers from the CPD. The search was called off this evening and will resume tomorrow.
