AG will not comment on pending John Dalli investigation

The Attorney General will not be commenting on the pending John Dalli investigation. In a statement, the AG's office said it will be receiving the anti-fraud office report on former EU Commissioner John Dalli this afternoon. It said that its investigations were not public and the AG, in the best interest of justice, did not comment on the merit of pending investigations.
