30 arrested following drug finds during carnival celebrations

Thirty people were arrested on drug-related suspicions during carnival celebrations on Friday night, police said in a statement.  Of those, 27 Gozitans were caught with suspected cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy. Three Maltese were caught with suspected cannabis, ecstasy and sachets of suspected cocaine ready to be sold, police added.
