Political leaders in lively Mcast debate

Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi, Opposition leader Joseph Muscat and AD leader Michael Briguglio faced each other today in the first political leaders' debate to be held at Mcast. The three replied to questions by the students in an animated debate punctuated by political chanting by the students as rival groups tried to drown out each other. The following is the debate as it unfolded.
