Engerer files libel suit against PM, PN president

Former Sliema councillor Cyrus Engerer this morning filed a libel suit against Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi and PN president Marthese Portelli for an article which appeared on the website mychoice.pn . Mr Engerer said that the article alleged that he had recorded colleagues during a local council meeting, that he had backstabbed his colleagues in the back and that his actions had led to the resignation of PN councillor.
