Motorists urged to avoid Kappara junction

Motorists have been urged by the police to avoid Kappara roundabout because of infrastructural works. Enemalta said last week that the works are aimed at strengthening the distribution network for the interconnector with Sicily. It had said at the time that the junction would not be closed. However motorists yesterday said they were diverted away from the roundabout.
