Updated: Pillion passenger in critical condition after accident

A 55-year-old woman from Zejtun was grievously is in a critical condition after she was involved in a traffic accident at Triq l-Imgarr, Mgarr, this morning.  The police said the accident happened at 10.20am when a Yamaha 4KG motorbike, ridden by a 59-year-old man from Zejtun collided with a Renault Kangoo, that was being driven by a 31-year-old man from Swieqi. The woman was pillion passenger.
