25-year-old's condition improves

The 25-year-old critically injured in a traffic accident in Mellieha yesterday has shown signs of improvement and is no longer in danger of losing his life, the police said. The man was driving a Toyota Aygo that was involved in a collision with a Toyota Coaster, whose driver was slightly injured. The accident happened in Triq Louis Wettinger in Mellieha at 5pm. All four passengers in the Coaster were injured, one of them grievously.
