Four arrested for drug possession

Four people were arrested by the police last night after they were found in possession of cocaine, cannabis and ecstasy. Three young men, aged between 15 and 19, were arrested after they were found in possession of cannabis when the police were carrying out inspections at places of entertainment . Further investigations led them to arrest a 29-year-old man from Birzebbuga who was found in possession of cocaine and ecstasy in circumstances which denote the drugs were not for his exclusive use. He is expected to be arraigned in the coming days.
