Six people, including two children and baby, injured in accident

Two children were grievously injured in a traffic accident last night which saw six people being taken to hospital. The police said the accident happened in Main Street, Mellieha at around 11.30pm. A Seat Ibiza that was being driven by a 24-year-old man from Naxxar collided with a Suzuki Gran Vitara that was being driven by a 42-year-old woman from Qormi. A 24-year-old man from Mosta was a passenger in the Ibiza while the woman was accompanied by  her three-month-old son and the other two children. The woman, her baby, and the Seat driver and his passenger all suffered slight injuries.
